About the Author

Greg is a seasoned business professional who worked in operations at  Automotive Resources International, an international fleet management company,  where he first began in the accounting department.  Eager to grow and assume a leadership role, Greg quickly worked his way from an administrative process-driven role, where he was recognized as highest performer in his team, to a promotion  as support coordinator within the accounts payable department where he defined, created, and implemented cross-departmental process improvements, resulting in substantial increases in organizational efficiency and morale.  His keen problem-solving skills, coupled with his proficiencies in process automation using VBA programming and robotic process automation (RPA), led Greg to accept an analytical position within operations.  Over the past seven years at ARI, he has independently polished his skills in project management, change management, data mining, and process automation.

While cultivating his career, in 2017 he also began his studies at Palm Beach Atlantic University as a full-time, online student where he will graduate with a  B.S. in Organizational Leadership in Fall 2020.

Called to share his experiences with others, Greg recently began blogging about the struggles he has faced throughout his career. In his posts, he includes thoughtful and creative solutions using real world examples, thereby  allowing his readers to get to know him and see how his analytical can be applied to their own challenges. In addition, Greg posts on the newest and most innovative techniques and tools relating to project- management, change-management, and lastly process automation, his passion.  Please follow along the pages below to read his blog posts.
